This is a clean, modern 3 bedroom & 2 bathroom home with a splash of luxury and modern flair. After an adventurous day exploring the red rocks, return home to a serene and relaxing retreat. Soak in the hot tub with lighted gazebo, BBQ steaks on the outdoor grill, enjoy the sunset unwinding near the firepit!

LOCATION: You are removed from the traffic and crowds of Uptown Sedona, allowing you to unwind and relax after a long day out enjoying the Red Rocks. The house is located in an unincorporated area of Sedona called Village of Oak Creek has cute boutique shops, great restaurants and Clark's Market (for groceries). Golf courses nearby, as well as great hiking trails: Bell Rock, Courthouse Butte, Cathedral Rock. Local wineries near Cornville are 20 mins away.

UPSTAIRS:
Private Primary Suite! King-size bed with patio sliders to your own private upper level balcony with outdoor seating and propane firepit. Great views - this room even has a telescope for star-gazing! Retreat inside for a warm bath in the soaking tub or catching up on your favorite shows on the 65" Smart TV or relaxing to music from Alexa. Primary bathroom has double vanity sinks, lighted mirror, rain shower, W/C and walk-in closet.

MAIN FLOOR:
Living Area - 82” Smart TV, electric fireplace, comfy sectional sofa, tabletop arcade game, patio sliders to the outdoor Trex deck. Board games, giant Connect 4 and giant Jenga games provided for a relaxing night of family fun!

Bedroom 1 - Queen bed, 43” Smart TV, vaulted ceilings with views out front. Sore to private side patio with lunge seating to enjoy a cup of coffee or a page-turning book!

Bedroom 2 - 2 Twin beds that look out to the side of the home. It also has vaulted high ceilings and a 55" TV.

Bathroom - Double vanity sinks, a toilet seat warmer/bidet and a tub/shower combo. All bathrooms have shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, towels and hair dryer provided.

Kitchen - Toaster, toaster oven, cooking spices, Keurig coffee maker with coffee pods/cream/sugars, pots/pans, blender, dishware. 

Laundry room - Full size front-load washer and dryer. Detergent, dryer sheets, stain spray provided. Swiffer and first-aid kit.

OUTDOORS:
The backyard area has outdoor sectional seating, propane firepit, dining table, BBQ grill and a hot tub under an LED-lighted gazebo! Once you’re back from exploring for the day, hop into the hot tub and let the jets take away all the aches and pain. You might even see some javelinas meandering down the hill through the backyard in the early morning! (reminder: please do not feed or disturb wildlife).

You will have access to the entire house and yards. There is a locked closet in the laundry room for the cleaners access only. Do not tamper with this locked door.

Sedona is a Dark Sky community, so there will be minimal outdoor lighting at night. Star-gazing is beautiful in Sedona.

Guest will be held liable for any damaged or missing bikes. Guest agrees to not hold the owners of the home liable should any injury occur while riding the bikes.

HOUSE RULES:

By booking a stay at Sedona Sweet Retreat, you are agreeing to have read, accept and agree to follow all house rules. Violation of any of the house rules may result in immediate cancellation of your reservation with no refund.

Please keep in mind that this our family's cherished 2nd home. House rules are in place for everyone's protection and enjoyment. I want to ensure this home is a good fit for everyone involved:

(1) No parties/events. This is in accordance to Airbnb’s policy and local Sedona ordinances.
(2) No animals/pets. An additional $500 fee will be charged if an animal/pet is discovered on premise.
(3) No smoking of any kind indoors and outdoors. Doing so may result in an additional $500 cleaning fee.
(4) Max # Occupancy: 6 guests (Additional guests/visitors require prior approval by owner. )
(5)There are 4 cameras installed: doorbell camera, driveway, garage, yard. No cameras are to be covered or tampered with. Do not disconnect the Wifi or any of the plugs in the entryway marked “do not remove”.

Rates & Availability

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 30 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
